We deliver Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, subject to availability.
During Thanksgiving and Christmas, delivery slots are limited and may become unavailable once capacity is reached.

Wet Weather & Unexpected Delays
Singapore weather can change quickly.
During heavy rain, severe weather or difficult road conditions, our drivers may need to travel more slowly for everyone’s safety.
Where circumstances outside our control cause significant delays, an additional up to 60-minute grace period may apply.
Thank you for giving our drivers the time they need to reach you safely.

Before completing checkout, please make sure your:

If our driver cannot complete the delivery because nobody is available or the information provided is incorrect, re-delivery is charged at $25 and is subject to driver availability.
As our food is freshly prepared for your order and is perishable, failed deliveries may not be fully refundable.

Changes & Cancellations
Our festive food is prepared specifically for your order.
Orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery or collection date.
Please check your products, quantities, delivery/collection date, time and address carefully before completing checkout.
If you need to make a change more than 24 hours beforehand, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
Something Wrong With Your Order?
If an item is missing, incorrect or arrives with damaged packaging, please What’s App us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the affected item(s) and packaging
Once verified, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
