Returns and Refunds
All our food are kept in temperature controlled environment to ensure that your orders are safe to consume in accordance to the regulations set by the Singapore Food Agency.Â
As food hygiene is of utmost importance to us, we are unable to accept a return order as the food may or may not have passed its safety period for consumption. We seek your understanding on this matter as it is hard to prove if the food has been kept in a controlled temperature environment within the short period.Â
Cancellation of order within Thirty (30) Days prior to Delivery
We will charge a 3.5% fee on the entire order to cover the bank and card processing fees. We do not earn from the cancellation and we certainly will urge you to reconsider cancelling your order. The cancellation fee will not be waived even if there is a new order placed.
Cancellation of order within Seven (7) Days prior to Delivery
If you would like to cancel your order before delivery, you may contact us within 7 days before your delivery date and your order can be refunded however you will be charged 30% of total order value as a restocking fee. We urge you to reconsider the cancellation and pay for a change of date of delivery instead.Â
Cancellation of order Three (3) Days prior to Delivery
As Christmas is a once in a year event and we are closing orders earlier to ensure that everyone’s order are prepared for, it is harder for us to restock a turkey for others within the day. Unfortunately we will have to charge a restocking fee of 80% of total order value inclusive of GST and transaction charges. We urge you to reconsider the cancellation and pay for a change of date of delivery instead.Â
Can I change my delivery date?
Change of delivery dates are chargeable at $20.00 ($21.60 w/ GST) as administrative fees. Should the dates be blocked out by the company, the date of change will not be allowed.Â
Missing or Wrong Item Delivered
Did you receive a wrong item? Is an item is missing? Whatsapp us immediately at +65 8183 0915 for prompt response if your driver is still in the area! All disputes must be raised within 60mins of arrival so that we can verify your request and take action as soon as possible. Should your request for missing/wrong item is raised after 60minutes, we will subject it for compensation on a case-by-case basis. We can arrange for an exchange as soon as possible to be sent to you.
