Returns and Refunds
All our food are kept in temperature controlled environment to ensure that your orders are safe to consume in accordance to the regulations set by the Singapore Food Agency.
As food hygiene is of utmost importance to us, we are unable to accept a return order as the food may or may not have passed its safety period for consumption. We seek your understanding on this matter as it is hard to prove if the food has been kept in a controlled temperature environment within the short period.
What if I need to cancel my order my order within 7 days of delivery date?
If you would like to cancel your order before delivery, you must contact us 7 days before your delivery date and your order can be refunded however you will be charged 5% of total order value for card transaction fees.
What if I need to cancel my order my order within 72 hours of delivery timing?
As Christmas is a once in a year event and we are closing orders earlier to ensure that everyone’s order are prepared for, it is harder for us to restock a turkey for others within the day. Unfortunately we will have to charge a restocking fee of 50% of total order value inclusive of transaction charges.
Can I change my delivery date?
No changes are allowed 3 days (72hours) before the delivery and while delivery date changes for free for the 1st time, festive surcharges will apply to the date of change. Subsequent date changes are charged at $20 per change.
