Our Promise

0% chance of late delivery – Full refund via store credits for all late delivery. (Refer to Delivery Grace Period below)

All turkeys and other assorted meats are air flown to Singapore, prepared, and sent to you within 24 hours, promising you with ultimate freshness. Our top quality meats are sourced from the top farms in the World that comply to our stringent criteria. We cook the food, and then chill them to enhance its freshness. Simple reheating is required by the customer. Re-heating instructions with clear steps are provided with each order.

Delivery Charges:

Orders above $120: Free Delivery

Orders below $120: $19 per order

Extended Delivery (Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa): $25 per order

Delivery Time Slots:

  • 11 am to 1 pm
  • 2 pm to 4 pm
  • 4 pm to 6 pm
  • 6 pm to 8 pm

Delivery Days:

Mondays to Sundays, including public holidays, excluding Christmas Day (25 December)

Re-Deliveries:

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurately provided when you are at checkout, and that there will be someone to receive the food at your selected delivery date and time slot. Re-deliveries are charged at $25 per order. Otherwise, the order will be discarded at the customers expense.

In the case where customers refuse to pay for redelivery after a failed delivery, only 50% of the order amount (excluding the delivery cost) will be refunded due to wastage of perishable goods/products.

Delivery Grace Period:

Additional 60min grace period from the provided time slot, in considerations of unforeseen bad weather, road conditions and other external factor which are not within our control to mention additional cost for festive rate, extended locations (Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa) and peak hour time slots

Self-Collection:

This option may be selected at checkout. Our current available pickup location is at 140 Paya Lebar Rd, #03-12, Singapore 409015

Your order matters.

Should an order further exceeds the timing selected by 1hour for delivery due to unacceptable reasons deemed by the company, we will provide a full refund for the order.

Refunds will be done via crediting a customer with store credits only, that are not exchangeable with cash.

All orders are freshly made to order, and therefore cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of date of delivery.

All products are well descripted in terms of our award-winning taste, weight, size of product, and serving advice. Request for refunds due to improper checking of information prior to making an order is not allowed.

Should we miss out any item from your order, which is never the case, we will provide you with a refund for the missing item.

For reports of missing items, damaged packaging, or wrong item being delivered, claims must be supported with clear photos of all items delivered. Claims without the provision of images will not be escalated for resolution, but instead, be marked as a closed case immediately.
