Important notes:

Sauces and Gravy: Seasoned with fragrant rosemary and comes with chestnut stuffing packed separately. Complimentary cranberry gravy (200g) provided. We do not pack the natural roasting juices or pan gravy with the turkey, as excess fats and juices are removed for better hygiene. More Handmade sauces can be purchased separately.

Stuffing: Stuffing is packed separately and not inside the turkey.

Weight: Just like all roast meats, turkeys naturally lose about 20 to 30% of their weight during roasting due to moisture and fat loss. As a result we can only state the weight of the turkey prior to roasting, not the final cooked weight, as no two turkeys may be the same.

Serving recommendations: In previous years, we listed our turkeys as serving 8–10 and 12–15 people based on smaller, Asian-style sharing portions with many side dishes. After feedback and seeing how customers actually enjoy our turkey (larger portions, seconds, and leftovers), we’ve updated our serving guide to be more generous. These recommendations depend on appetite and number of side dishes.


Roasted turkey is the quintessential to any Christmas feast for good reason! Bite into crisp, crackling skin roasted to perfection and savour the juicy tenderness of the turkey meat inside. Nobody does it quite like us! Seasoned with fragrant rosemary and stuffed with chestnut to bring out that depth of flavour, our roasted turkey is guaranteed to be a hit!

Reheating Instructions


Our Roast Turkey is delivered cook and hot. In the event your guests are late and you wish to reheat, you may:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.

  2. Place the whole turkey in a tray. Add 2–3 tbsp water or gravy. Cover with foil.

  3. Warm 12–15 minutes until piping hot.

  4. (Optional) For a slightly crisper skin, remove foil for the last 3–5 minutes.

Our turkeys already arrive golden brown. You don’t need to brown again unless you want to refresh the skin.

If your turkey is already carved: lay slices in a single layer, splash of water or gravy, cover, warm 7–8 minutes.
